Just want to tell ya, that I too one time thought that a Vette was out of my price range, but they really aren't.. You would be quite surprised!
Well yeah the new ones are WAY out of my price range.. I buy very nice used ones.

You can still get the one's in the 70's for not a bad price, but the 60's vettes are out of this world on a price tags

Might need some advice on working on my 75 stingray one of these days, sounds like you know a bit or two about them

Super Big Congrats on passing the 2M point mark! Thank you for being a Gasbuddy, and sticking with it this long. The challenges are many. Bad weather, illness, and any number of other things can cause one to stop. You have persevered and become one of only 2,464 Gas buddies to eclipse that mark. I am sorry to report that Pres. Obama's Fri. proposal is a rehash of the horrible plan tha wrecked Elkhart IN, US tax money sent to Norway for a tiny electric car that was suppose to "save" Elkhart. No new ideas from Obama in Fri's proposal.

Patriots are nice. What size engine does it have? We traded the Grand Cherokee with its gas guzzling big V-8 back when gas prices spiked in '08. Now we drive a '06 Audi sedan with a 4 cylinder, 2.0 liter, turbocharged engine, 33 MPG on the highway and fast if needed. I miss being able to explore the great Arizona outback though. Warren :o)
